230 Fifth Lounge and Rooftop Garden (2 hrs)

The place is open everyday from 4pm to 4 am. On Saturday and Sunday they have a brunch buffet from 10 am to 4 pm, including a glass of Champagne or a Mimosa. It is located at, surprisingly, 230 5th Avenue.
Hell's Kitchen Flea Market (1-2 hrs)

The flea market can be found at 39th street between 10th and 11th Avenue. The market is open every all year on Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm. It will only close for severe rain and snow.
Singing Waiters (2-3 hrs)

The restaurant is a retro 1950s theme diner, filled with nostalgic memorabilia. This unique diner features singing ‘waitstaff’ and variety shows. Sit back and relax, as you will be taken back in time to a never forgotten era while you enjoy the best in classic American cuisine.
Ellen’s is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Monday to Thursday from 7 am to 12 am. Friday and Saturday from 7 am to 1 am and on Sunday from 7 am to 11 pm. Beekman Beer Garden Beach Club (2 hrs)

The Beekman Beer Garden is located at Beekman Street and South Street on the north side of Pier 17. They are open at noon everyday (weather permitting) until 3 am.
Cheap Broadway Tickets

But if you like it easy, you should buy your discounted tickets online at Broadway Box. Here you can buy exactly the same tickets, but you don’t need to queue. And you can buy them weeks in advance and your discount can go up to 60 percent.
Flower district (1 hr)

Plants, branches, vases and garden accoutrements crowd the sidewalks in this street, and usually cost less than what florists and other vendors charge.
Chinatown (2-3 hrs)

The Chinatown restaurant scene is large and vibrant, with more than 200 Chinese restaurants. Just walk around, especially in the small streets and you’ll find yourself a restaurant where you can get a great and affordable lunch or dinner. Most restaurants are open until late night. Meatpacking District (1 evening)

It’s the area south of West 14th Street between Hudson River east and Hudson Street. The south border is roughly Gansevoort Street.
Soho (1-2 hrs)
